District Governor, David Bixler, visited the Rotary Club of Fulton on July 6, 2016 for his official club visit. DG Bixler spoke to the Club about the Rotary Foundation and it's importance to him. Mary Ann Beahon has been installed as the new president of the Fulton Rotary Club. The dinner activity Wednesday at William Woods University also included the installation of a new board of directors.
