Baylor Webb discusses his service project idea with the Rotary Club of Fulton.
The main goal of the "Literacy for Little Ones" service project is to improve and encourage in our local communities to read over extend periods of time. The US Department of education tells us their are "32 million adults who can't read." Baylor believes improving this number begins with children, which is the reason he would like to implement this project in our community.
